Regulation on cancelation
Cancellation is approved within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. After 6 hours, your order will be archived immediately and forwarded to the warehouse for the stocking, packing, and shipment process. After it has already been processed, no one will revoke the order. Please be informed that a management, production and transaction fee will relate to the cancellation (30% of your total order value).
The full refund applies only to orders being moved. Our system can cancel old orders immediately and refund 100 percent if you place new orders. Please contact us via email when you have swapped orders.
We would be so happy if you were able to kindly tell me the reason for the cancellation. It would benefit us too much in order to improve our goods and services.
How do I change the details about my order?
If you are aware of a mailing address or a payment error, just give us an e-mail as soon as possible. We'll be helping you to correct the details.
Please note: within 48 hours, we will only adjust the details of your order. Please check the order confirmation email, which is sent to you right after your order is placed, to check all the details.
When can I get the tracking number?
Both orders are processed and delivered out from our Asian warehouse. For your order to be handled, please have extra time during the holidays and sales seasons.
For the stock and shipping, the in-store approach will take from 2-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for shipping, the tracking will be available and delivered to you.
Please contact us if you do not obtain a tracking confirmation after 5 working days from the day you have made your order.
When we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or insufficient payment or incorrect address details, your order processing may be delayed.
How do I search my package?
When your order is delivered, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Your order will be transported by our shipping company to the US and delivered by USPS.

For how long am I supposed to keep an entity with me?
Due to variables that often affect foreign exports, such as holidays, taxes, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times. If some of the explanations above are included with your kit, we pledge to keep you updated with as much information as is available to us.
Then the estimated arrival date is determined with the formula below:
Estimated Date of Delivery = Purchasing Date + 2-5 working days (stocking process) + Estimated shipping time (chart below)
On or before the scheduled fulfillment date, your order may be received by you.
For products imported from our Asian warehouse, there is typically a gap in monitoring data being updated from the moment the shipment hits USPS facilities in China to the time it is handled at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes about 2-7 days on average, but can take as long as 8-12 days.
We will repay the cost of delivery (or give a partial refund if shipment was free) of any item that takes longer to arrive at your destination than the following timeframes to back up our promise and pledge to you.
- USA (Mainland): 40 days
- USA (others): 45 days
- Canada: 40 days;
- Australia: 40 days
- New Zealand: 40 days
- United Kingdom: 45 days
- The rest of the world: 60 days
Shopping at Risk Fee
If the goods do not appear for any reason within 60 days, you will be refunded for the service in full. This, to you, is our promise! If a missed order happens via email@example.com, please let us know. We will verify (it normally takes 3-5 business days) and give you another one after a decision has been drawn.
Customs and taxation
The rates listed on our website are tax-free in US dollars, which means that you will be liable to pay duty and taxes if you pick up your order.
Import taxes, tariffs and associated customs fees may be paid before the order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by the local customs office. You are liable and will not be paid by us for paying all expenses and taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by the Customs Service in your region. For more details on the payments, please contact the closest customs office.
Improper Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that she or he correctly enters the address. Because of strict delivery schedules, address changes are not promised. As we will NOT be taken accountable for packages sent to the wrong address entered by the client, please double-check the address you are sending.
If your country gets the order, and if:
-The consumer fails to accept the product
- The number of attempts made in the target country to distribute the shipment.
We reserve the right to leave the package(s) and are not liable for any award.
