I filled wrong address?

If you are aware of a mailing address or a payment error, just give us an email as soon as possible. We'll be helping you to correct the details.

Please note: within 6 hours, we will only adjust the details of your order. Please check the order confirmation email, which is sent to you right after your order is placed, to check all the details.

When can I get the tracking number?

For the stock and shipping, the in-store approach will take from 2-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for shipping, the tracking will be available and delivered to you.

Please contact us if you do not obtain a tracking confirmation after 5 working days from the day you have made your order.

When we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or insufficient payment or incorrect address details, your order processing may be delayed. We will contact you if the mentioned event occurs.

How do I search my package?

When your order is delivered, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Your order will be transported by our shipping company to the US and delivered by USPS.

To track the shipment, simply use the tracking number given in the USPS tracking system or via this connection: https://www.17track.net/en  to track the package

For how long am I supposed to keep an entity with me?

Due to variables that often affect foreign exports, such as holidays, taxes, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times. If some of the explanations above are included with your kit, we pledge to keep you updated with as much information as is available to us.

The customer placed orders will arrive in different time frames depending on customer zip code, the sale season, and the transportation condition which is not within our control:

Estimated Date of Delivery = Purchasing Date + 2-5 working days (stocking process) + Estimated shipping time (10-25 working days)

We will refund the cost of delivery (or give a 10% refund if shipment was free) of any item that takes longer to arrive at your destination than the following timeframes to back up our promise and pledge to you.

  • USA (Mainland): 40 days
  • USA (others): 45 days

Shopping at Risk Fee

If the goods do not appear for any reason within 60 days, you will be refunded for the service in full (include the product cost and shipping fee, not include discount) . This, to you, is our promise! If a missed order happens via support@nowwest.com, please let us know. We will verify (it normally takes 3-5 business days) and give you another one after a decision has been drawn.

Customs and taxation
Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.


Nowwest will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

- The customer refuses to accept the package

- A number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
